Ice Miller is seeking a mid-to-senior level private equity attorney to join our Columbus, Indianapolis, Chicago, or New York office. Successful candidates will work with middle market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices in leveraged buyouts, along with family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with sell-side M&A transactions. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with strong law school credentials and references.
