The Truist Legal Department is looking for a smart, experienced litigator with strong leadership abilities to join the Litigation group. The candidate will be responsible for proactively and strategically defending a wide variety of consumer lending litigation, including mortgage and retail lender liability matters. The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship and support for a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals, while also handling a volume of cases. The candidate will promote best practices for handling matters and provide guidance to business leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with strong litigation defense experience who is looking to take on significant responsibility in a purpose-driven company. The role requires working from a Truist office location at least four days a week.
